Ive had a bit sore throat for 2wks now, white spots on one tonsil that fluctuate through the day the first 3 days i had acute body aches but then went away on the 4th visited my doctor 2x and did not say what it is nor gotten treatment.what is it?

There are many possibilities but a doctor would need to see it in order to diagnose it. If your doctor didn’t give you antibiotics, he/she must have thought it was not an infection. If you are unsure of this, you could see a different doctor for a second opinion. Good luck to you!
