There have been good results for treating obesity with this medicine but you need to discuss this with your doctor since no one should prescribe this online.

This medicine is indicated for diabetes and not for weight loss, even if weight loss may be a side effect. It has multiple metabolic effects and should be prescribed for diabetes. If you are diabetic this may be a medication for you.
