Drinking : Drinking heavy cream is probably not a good idea due to the high sugar content. The best way to go is to increase the protein in your diet (i.E protein shakes between meals). Also weight training is a great way to gain weight through increasing your muscle mass. A good idea for you would be to see a certified nutritionist and a private trainer for help with a weight training routine. Best of luck.

Not heavy cream!: Eat healthy foods that are high in calories. Eat 6 meals /day. Work on strength training to build large muscle groups. Work out w heavier weights w fewer repetitions. Sleep at least 8 to 9 hrs/night. Hydrate well w water.
