Normal size: You penis is of normal size. Losing weight will not make it larger but you will be able to use it better by losing weight. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Penis size: The penis would not become longer. However, if there is less fatty tissue at the base (your groin area), then it may have appearance of being longer.

If: If I were you I would be more concerned about the disastrous effects your obesity is having on your heart, pancreas, skeletal system, libido, etc. no need to be concerned about "size" if you are facing medical debility.
