Somewhat typical, your GGT is elevated (isolated) most likely reflecting daily alcohol use. Other causes cannot be ruled out, repeating same test in few weeks and while abstaining from alcohol may clarify it further.Your doc remains your best reference as having proper clinical context, current symptoms, reasons for checking labs, previous values, treatment, etc.
