It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.

Sounds like musculo-: skletal pain or stress /anxiety related pain since some routine tests are negative. It looks like you did not have a holter monitor test. This is a device that monitor your heart rythm for the longer durations. Ask to wear one from your doctor. If the quality or character of the chest pain or palpitations changes than the routine one go to an ER or and Urgent care .
