What can happen to my inner septum if i keep picking out a reoccurring scab? ive been pulling one out around twice sometimes 3 times a day for about 6 months?

You can use Nasonex (OTC) one a day for a couple days and nasal saline a couple times a day at different time of Nasonex, restrain yourself from pulling out the scab. After 3-4 days, the mucous membrane should be healing, no new scab develops, stop Nasonex and use nasal saline only if you feel your nostril dry. Avoid using Nasonex for a long period of time because it can cause nasal polyp.
