Sore in Nose: Picking the scab off may be the reason this is not healing. Try leaving it alone and see if it heals. Place a small bit of Neosporin or even vas aline on it a couple of times a day. This will keep it moist and prevent the scab which is irritating you. If kit continues to not heal then you should have it evaluated.
