Start with a general dentist assessment to review options, including orthodontics based on actual anatomy. You may not need corrective jaw surgery that may still be at least partially covered for medical reasons, if that is the case.

Chin fillers/implants may require 2 surgeries, a second to remove if/when jaw surgery is accomplished. Know that for most jaw surgery, teeth have to be prepared so that they will fit/function properly after the surgery. Please consult with both Orthodontist and Oral Surgeon to understand your options.
