There are many diseases that could have all 3 symptoms, BUT the MOST common is: Ménière's disease; which is a disorder of the inner ear that causes severe dizziness (vertigo), ringing in the ears (tinnitus), hearing loss, and a feeling of fullness or congestion in the ear. You should request medical attention for an ear examination by an ENT doctor

In order to diagnose and treat appropriately, would suggest otological/ audiological testing, including ECOG and video-electronystagmogram. An otolaryngologist could fully evaluate, and provide directions.
