No,no. Your mom needs you in her last moments. Even if you can’t do much, she is able to feel your love and presence. That’s all what she wishes to have right now. Hold her hand, touch her head and tell her that you are there with her and you love her. Her love will fill your life for the years to come. When she passes, go ahead and cry but find support in a bereavement group (church, doctor)

It does sound like she is in late stages of disease. She likely qualifies for the hospice benefit that will help her and help you. You will definitely need help otherwise, ask relatives or friends for help, so that you can rest. Best to request hospice services will be through her doctors office or you can call directly the local hospice.
