I've had to cut alot of things out of my diet my doctor checked my urine and found ketones multiple times. i used to weigh 235 january of 2020 now i weigh 182 and i lost 10 lbs in a week all my muscles are disappearing isthis gonna kill me i'm scared?

Some basics: Gradual weight loss (1 lb/wk) is better tolerated by the body. Rapid or starvation based loss first depletes your reserve carbs, then fat (which creates ketones). When your muscles are not receiving enough energy from carbs or broken up fat or dietary protein they begin to break down your muscles to get energy. You likely need closer supervision or you can hurt yourself.
