Relax! : First things first. These are not your problems. However you can acquire some of them if you don't learn to cope. Smoking is not a coping mechanism. It is an addiction and will lead to COPD and BP problems. Exercise vigorously 30 minutes daily and learn to meditate on a daily basis. Eat a breakfast every day containing protein. Drink 8 glasses of water. Sleep 8 hours. Drop the daily newspaper.
