I often feel a stiffness in my head and the left top portion of my head/skull has most of the times has sharp pains. even when moving my head from left to right, i often hear a crackling sound and at times feels as if something cracked inside my hea?

Usually what your describing has to do with some type of headaches, which can have sharp pains. This is some what normal, not pleasant to have and cracking of the bones in younger people is also some what normal. Not sure how long each episode lasts but talk it over with a health care provider for more specific answers.
