What does your neurosurgeon or neurologist think about these symptoms being a complication of your very serious head injury? Have you consulted an ENT specialist for evaluation, advice and prognosis for improvement? Do you wish to obtain a second opinion from specialists at a university hospital near you? If so bring detailed records with you.

Your prior violent skull and brain injury also damaged your right inner ear causing hearing loss and tinnitus. A hearing aid with a tinnitus blocker should be very successful. See an otolaryngologist and get this evaluated.
