Dear doctor,20days back i had whiplash injury,my neurosurgeon examined me, but now i hear very slight sound only sometimes when moving my head up&down?

Whiplash: If the sounds appear to be coming from the neck, they may be from motions of ligaments when flexing and extending your neck. It doesn't appear to be a serious problem as you're not experiencing pain and you seem to have full range of motion. However if you still have concerns, consult your neurosurgeon again.
