Doctor i had a colonoscopes about 8 months ago, had 5 polys, but all were ok. just 3 weeks ago, i had a endoscopy stomach scope. the doctor, tested for, h pylori, the stomach was ok. but doctor wants to run stool sample, [worried] why a stool sample?

A stool sample can provide information about a possible infection or active inflammation in your bowels, among others. Without context as to what your symptoms are, your treating gastroenterologist remains your best resource going forward.
