I had a stool test done becaue i had a upset stomach for awhile. my doctor put me on a pill for acid and i seemed to be feeling better. tonight i got home from work and had a message that the fat in my stool was high. i'm worried sick..should i be?

How do you feel?: There is often some mild fat malabsorption after a viral or bacterial intestinal infection. You'll probably either get some labs drawn for gluten enteropathy now, or get followed for a while.
