Not always: As long as it has been at least a week, it is fair to call and ask. The dr has many patients, and could lose track of an ordered test, so not improper to ask--it's about your test, after all!

It's 2 months suffering from piles i have been to different doctors, using over the counter medication but i don't get any better. Even if i had soft stool or runny stomach its still hurt so now m confused how do i know if m at risk.
Connor has a high fever, complains about his stomach being sore, and sometimes complains about his eyes being sore too (which could be the fever). No loose stools. Gave him an empaped which has brought his fever down. But why the stomach pain?
