IBD/UC/Chrohn’s?: Sounds like an inflammatory bowel disease, you will need to get a diagnosis to decide what diet and medication(s) to take for relief. Suggest you see GI doctor to get endoscopy for diagnostic purposes and go from there, especially if this has been a chronic( over 1 month) problem
