All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the variation in your results is not a cause for concern. Both values are within normal limits. Wish you good health!

Lymphocyte level goes up and down depending your body,s response to infection. Ignore the results and enjoy your life. Good Luck
