Full effectiveness is reached at different points for different vaccines. For the Pfizer vaccine, you are safe at 7 days after the second vaccine. For the Moderna Vaccine you are safe at 14 days after the second vaccine. You will still need to take precautions such as wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer after touching any high contact surfaces.
