Patellofemoral pain: The best brace is no brace. Making sure that your hip abductors and vastus medialis are strong. Also making sure that your patellar mobilization is good by stretching the lateral retinaculum is paramount. In the short term consider mcconnell or kinesio-taping. Bracing will serve no great purpose if you haven't done the above first.
