Yes, I recommend gradually getting back to going outdoors which will eventually reduce your anxiety. If you need help, cognitive behavioral therapy by a psychologist is very successful in treating this type of anxiety.

I don't know the reason that you are anxious. Do encourage you to get out into fresh air in areas that are not crowded while using all recommended COVID 19 precautions. Being in open, green, natural spaces may actually help to reduce anxiety. If anxiety is severe consider getting counseling for this.

Get Covid-19 vaccine. Any vaccine that is available. Wear a mask and go where you need/want to go. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
