My anxiety is at a all time high. i have copd. i feel like it's a death sentence if i get covid-19. and at the rate it spreads and claiming lives. what to do about it?

Covid-19: The best thing to do is stay at home except for getting food and meds, maintain social distancing and wear a mask when outside.If you do that, it markedly decreases your chances of catching it, maybe even eliminating the chance.

Try to be calm: Having COPD that is poorly controlled is a risk factor for increased disease severity but it is not a death sentence. Wash hands (or use sanitizer) often for at least 20 seconds. Wash hands before touching eyes, nose or mouth. Use a cloth cover over mouth & nose when around others. Stay home as much as possible. Avoid sick people. Distance at least 6 feet from others. Clean/ disinfect often
