Post covid i got my sense of smell back! only thing is after doing physical work i get this fast heart rate, light headed, weak just go lay out on the bed type of feeling. also this tingling feeling running through body. i do have anxiety issues?

Possibly/pulmonary: A virtual consultation is available. If you had a chest image initially, please discuss a follow up imaging study. If there is cough/wheezing and shortness of breath as a result of bronchospasm, Albuterol may be helpful in your management. Avoid caffeine and please see your PCP. There are cases of post COVID cardiac disease, and this should be evaluated. Have a flu vaccine.
