COVID-19: It has been reported that there are many lingering effects from covid exposure long after your initial infection. It may not just be anxiety. Dizziness and disorientation are but a few of those issues following recovery. Do your best to stay focused. It may not be easy but it is what you need to do.

COVID 19 concerns: It isn't possible for us to distinguish between COVID 19 sequela and anxiety symptoms with this information. However, if you are truly disoriented that mental status change warrants medical examination.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Work too soon: Having been in hospital with oxygen 24/7 you need two weeks to quarantine and at least six or more weeks of home therapy with breathing exercise and walking. Feeling anxious is normal and weakness also. Your body needs to adjust and full time work should be part time.
