Hello, for the last few years i've been dusting/cleaning my room every week with 99% rubbing alcohol. i stay in the room despite the fumes. i also use it as a body cleaner at times if i get dirty. has either use damaged my brain or internal organs?

No! You have to imbibe the alcohol for it to have an internal effect. I think soap and water are a btter skin cleaner unless you have some oil bound or alcohol solublestain on the skin. Alcohol tends to remove the skin oils and make make it dry and itchy.
