I was changing a car tire and got cut by a wire sticking out. of course the tire was dirty. my last tetanus shot was either 2014 or 2015. ive washed the wound multiple times with soap and water, used alcohol wipes and hydrogen peroxide. am i okay?

Am totally unaware of any tetanus case caused by dirty tires. However, a bacterial infection risk would be a distinct potential. If you develop swelling, reddening, pustulence, or progressive limb inflammation, this could represent cellulitis, with need for antibiotics.
