A few days ago, somebody accidentally got sodium hydroxide on an aluminum cart and i cleaned it up. it left dust of some sort on it and i it breathed in. my nostril burned. how do i know if i have aluminum poisoning or brain damage? what should i do?

Your symptoms are more likely due to exposure to sodium hydroxide than aluminum. If your nose is feeling normal, you can ignore your concern about aluminum poisoning.
