I would consult a neurologist/psychologist that specializes in working with TBI in your area. Keep fatigue diary- what you eat, drink and do that might affect fatigue. Go to uptodate.com and read more. Discuss with your Drs. Perhaps student health has consultant?

Not unique to experience post TBI fatigue, but also not unique are sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea. Assuming not new co-morbidities, would have your primary doctor do complete evaluation, consider both sleep and emotional evaluations and decide appropriate therapy. You may be pleased that this situation is not really overwhelming to reverse.
