Why are you worried about a normal MRI, which should be reassuring The rest is consistent with post-concussional symptomatology. If you indeed have a persistent TBI, this will need evaluation and treatment. Have a neurologist get involved.

MRIs don’t show everything - they don’t show how your brain is working. TBI can leave lingering post concussive symptoms that can be quite bothersome. Give yourself time to heal, brain rest, and seek Neuro rehab services to help with the recovery. Lifestyle adjustments may also be necessary.
