No: You may well have a seizure disorder triggered by fatigue or fluorescent lights. See a neurologist.

Wouldn't ignore: Your symptoms don't sound like a smile headache. I would see your primary physician about your episodes. Headache shod be the conclusion after other more serious causes of weakness and visual changes have been ruled out.
