If you have COVID antibodies, either you have already had COVID at some point in the past or you received a COVID vaccine. A negative COVID test means you don’t currently have a COVID infection. The antibody test does not tell you when you may have had COVID and is less helpful for the individual since it is difficult to interpret. Hope this helps! Good luck!

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, data you provided suggests that you had Covid 19, have antibody to the virus and are not currently infected. Wish you good health!
