My wife had a blood test for covid antibodies and it showed that she had covid. she lost her smell for three weeks back in march. does that mean that i would have got it as well? we never stayed away from each other in that time?

COVID 19 testing: No. you don't have to get tested. If you were positive - it sounds like you were asymptomatic. All testing would do at this point is to help determined if you previously were infected.
