The first test indicates you have a COVID infection. The second test indicates you do not have antibodies to COVID. This could mean you have a recent COVID infection and your body has not yet produced antibodies. You should get a COVID vaccine ASAP. This will help your body to make antibodies to protect you from another infection as well as those around you. Good luck to you!
