About a week ago had a little pimple feeling on the lobule on my right ear, felt it today and now it feels like a pea size, can feel it on the front and back of ear. no pain from it, it is firm and no movement, scared its cancer?

Cancer is at the bottom of the list of possibilities. These are often just small cysts formed from trapped secretions in the glands at the base of hairs that sometimes grow from that site. Get it checked if you wish but I would not loose sleep over it. It may go away on its own.
