A 35-year-old female asked:
Disclaimer

Fluid- filled and pea- sized lump behind the ear. It started as pimple that had a head and popped. I have irritated it yesterday and it's now a soft pea- sized lump where clear sticky fluid keeps coming out.

Lumps, bumps on Skin: This is where a picture is better than a thousand words. This sounds like a post infection cyst or scar forming in your skin. We call these sebaceous cysts...They can become bigger and infected. And, they can be removed. If the spot is changing, growing, or causing pain please let some good medical provider help you sort this out.
