I can see my left side colon move up and down and other parts of colon, i have ibs but never had it before had camera etc thats all they found?

When you say you had camera, I assume you mean a colonoscopy. What you are seeing is probably contractions of your bowel. This is normal and is more likely to be observed in someone who is thin.

Irritable bowel symptoms is an intestinal disorder associated with abnormal colon contractions, causing pain abdomen, gas,diarrhea,constipation. If your doctor ran lot of test,it was to rule out other causes of similar syndrome like colitis, celiac disease, gi bleeding,Crohn’s diseases etc. it is unfortunate that you have IBS, it is great that you did not have any other problems, Hope it helps .
