What happens if you give zinnat to your 40 kg child , 250 mg twice daily for 10 days to discover that you are not giving the right dose ,that you gave 4 ml instead of 5 as i had 15 ml suspension leftover in the bottle on day 10.do i give extra days?

Antibiotics should be given at the prescribed dose. If your child has recovered, it is fine to stop. Do not restart antibiotics without consulting your doctor; a different dose or a different antibiotic may be needed if the infection recurs. Do let your doctor know.
