See Your Doctor Now: Fever in this age group is commonly associated with infection which could also be cause of facial spots. Be aware that young children lack the skills to fully communicate symptoms therefore cues to serious illness may be missed. Physical examination is necessary to correctly diagnose your child's fever. A wait and see approach puts your child in danger. See your doctor now for diagnosis/treatment.

Depends on why: she is on the acetaminophen. This could be related to a virus, reaction to new exposure, but unlikely that it is related to the acetaminophen. Please have her seen by her doctor so that someone can see the rash and properly diagnose it.
