Hi doctors. in june, 2021, celebrity cruises is starting cruises from st maarten, and royal caribbean cruise lines is starting cruises from nassau, bahamas. how do you decide if this is or is not safe?

Don't do it. For at least the next few months, there is no such thing as cruise ships without big risk of COVID, unless maybe the cruise line requires all passengers to be vaccinated. Even then, it's easy to falsify vaccine proof. It is strongly recommended you not take any cruise until and unless CDC advises it is safe. That day probably is a long way off, maybe a year or more.
