Hi.doctors. what criteria can someone use in order to determine if a cruise ship is or is not safe to book for december and/or november with the coronavirus still around?

No safe criteria: All cruise ships will remain high risk for COVID until someday when there is both an effective vaccine and accurate, rapid testing. There is no such thing as safe cruising at this time and almost cerntainly not by November or December. Don't get sucked in by cruise deals and promotions by cruise companies -- anywhere in the world. Plan on a different kind of vacation.
