Very good morning doctors! best to you and to your families! what is your opinion regarding booking a (holiday) cruise for this december (2020) vis-a-vis the virus? is it safe or still not safe? how and when does one determine that it may be safe?

Not safe: Didn't you ask the same thing a few days ago? Most cruise companies are following CDC guidelines for COVID-19 prevention and not offering cruises this year, and most have not yet announced plans to start next year. The few offering cruises this year are not to be trusted. It definitely is not safe; preventing infection on a cruise ship is almost impossible. Look for other vacation opportunities.
