Ct scan done, will surgery be next? diverticula noted in distal colon. a low-density structure in left adnexa measuring 3.4 cm. appears to be thickening of endometrium. another low-density lesion is seen in right adnexa measuring 3.9 cm?

This needs the sit down with your physician/gynecologist visit. The two of you will determine your best strategy with knowledge of your underlying health and details of the CT scan. I recommend you request to record the visit since sometimes these visits can be overwhelming and it's easy to forget or misremember details.
