Multiple possibiliti: Spots or rashes really need to be seen to know what they are. Location alone does not help to diagnose. Important to know whether they're scaly, itchy, painful, irritated, or whether they come and go on their own, also with anything has helped or made ir worse. Spots can even be moles, warts or other growths that may need to be biopsied. Send a clear picture of them, it could help.
