Every nite my scalp burns its like clockwork, likes its inflamed throbbing. it burns for hours then i go to bed wake up its gone. then later that evening burns again. ive had many mri ct scans. i do have intracranial hypertension i take diamox?

Tough to give a definite answer, one possibility could be early psoriasis. I myself had psoriasis that started at my scalp, very close to your age (early 30's). It can give an inflamed feeling, sometimes itches. (Luckily for me, I no longer have it in this area). The "only at night" thing is curious to me,... though I've heard some people claim it does affect their sleep. It'a a Possibility!
