I am taking lorazepam and tizanidine due to a serious knee break and problems with it i am having problems sleeping can i take aleve pm along with these other drugs safely?

Suggest you review these meds and concerns with your doctor before you add anything else to the mix. Review what the specific problems with sleepare such as difficulty falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep etc. She/he may want to adjust your medication dosage(s) or try something new but you don’t want, or need, multiple meds if you can help it.
