Prednisone (steroid): Norco (acetaminophen and oxycodone--a narcotic) and Aleve (naproxen) (NonSteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug) all work it different ways to alleviate inflammation & pain. In theory, they could all be used together, but, since you're in THAT much pain, yes, you should run this by your doctor. Best wishes! Dr. Anne.
