Hormone Replacement Therapy is typically used in premenopausal or perimenopausal women showing symptoms (hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia, joint aches, muscle pains and vaginal dryness). Blood tests for Estrogen or Progesterone are highly variable and do not add to the diagnosis. You should see your symptoms diminish with this treatment.
